We all create our reality with our thoughts and feelings....literally from the Inside---out! Our feelings and thoughts manifest into what we call our "reality," in other words, our "life situations/experiences," or whatever you wish to call them. Sounds like a big responsibility, but whether you wish to realize this, or ignore it, it IS a choice, as is everything. If we relax into the knowing that we are responsible for our life, then we have the power to change it. Blame to others and to situations that cause problems only leaves us feeling powerless, and actually renders us powerless (as you cannot give away anything that you do not "own"). For, as said in the movie, "The Secret," by Rhonda Bryne, "Whether you think you can't or can...either way you are right."

By taking the initial step of consideration that our thoughts and feelings do indeed create our reality, you have begun to start the experience of a wonderful, joyful, abundant and happy life...that is, once you get the true "feeling" of understanding.

Our thoughts are unlimited, and hence, so are we. We are true reflections of God, which is Love...the Source of Everything, and the only "Real" and true Energy in the Universe....Life, Love, Truth, Abundance, Peace....all these things are God, and we are That. We, therefore, have that "creative" power to create our reality, and we do that simply, effortlessly, and oftentimes, without realization that we are creating our reality, literally all the time! We will create reactively and unconsciously, that is, until we don't; until we are conscious of that truth.

And this concept and realization is my reason for starting this blog. To inform, give to our community, to all of you, to uplift the planet's consciousness, to create a better Now....which is actually giving to myself, as we are all connected...truly there is only One Supreme Being sitting here, and our reality consists of that glorious Being manifested into individual units of Loving Energy, called "Souls," "Life Forms," etc.

We are all on this journey together, to discover this wonderful realization and then to manifest the most glorious experience of Life possible!

This, I know for sure.

Connecting to Source, realizations will occur....we can all do this, and we do...the only question is are we doing this consciously or unconsciously? The more awareness we place on what we feel and think, the more we will be able to create Consciously, rather than unconsciously, or reactively.

Following the breath when meditating; watching the tides roll in and out, hearing about the Universe contracting and expanding…what does it all mean? There is a rhythm, a lulling, a rocking to and fro, back and forth, in and out, as a Mother gently rocks her child to sleep. Even as adults, we feel comforted in being ‘rocked’ when we are held; that swaying somehow calms us, and why? And if we learn of the reason, will it even make a difference at all?

We hear that there is an ‘Ascension’ occurring right before our very eyes; that we are ‘entering’ the New Earth. We also hear that our Dear Planet will uplift into a new frequency, a new dimension and that as all this is happening, all the inhabitants on different planets, in different galaxies and Universes are watching, praying, waiting in complete and utter joyful anticipation for this wonderful, first-time event for Planet Earth and for her inhabitants to occur! This Ascension is to happen because it is TIME. It is time for that breathing in and breathing out to complete yet another phase of our Evolutionary Process of developing and expanding.

That expansion and contraction IS the breathing in and breathing out of GOD/Universe/Love/The Great I AM. As it is stated that the Universe and all it’s matter started out small enough to fit on the head of a pin; then so expanded needing light years to cross, so we are in a constant state of contraction (breathing IN) and expansion (breathing OUT).

We also breathe, which is a microcosm of God, breathing in and out, contraction/expansion, forever more. Why do we do this? Why is this happening? Because Life is LIFE; a constant moving, a gentle rocking, a breathing in and out; alive FOREVER, and all Love; for that is all there is, and all that will ever be……and so too, WE ARE THAT!

Once again I have been questioning the idea of Gratitude. Every Master and Messenger has spoken of the importance of being grateful. At times we take for granted what we have, who we have in our lives, and the opportunities that are presented to us in many different ways and forms.

How often do we feel gratitude for waking? How often do we feel grateful for just being able to have our feet touch the floor as we get up out of our bed? What about walking to the bathroom and having fresh, clean water come out of our faucets and clean towels and soap to freshen ourselves for the day?

How many of us think to say ‘thank you’ for our bed, our clothes, our shoes, our dwelling place, or even the ability to walk?

This is not about being ungrateful, but rather the intention here is to help bring a clearer understanding to the idea of WHY gratitude is so magical and important.

Author Rhonda Bryne has just released a book she recently wrote called ‘The Magic.’ In this book she mentions that Sir Issac Newton stated a law of physics that states, ‘for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction…’ When you apply gratitude to that law, simply put, it is stating that as we GIVE gratitude, we must RECEIVE, for receiving is the opposite of giving. The degree to which we FEEL gratitude is in direct proportion to what we receive.

Feeling gratitude and giving without expectation of what we will or can receive is truly FEELING GRATEFUL, and by that law, we will receive. Giving gratitude or giving thanks JUST TO RECEIVE, does not help us to receive anything at all, because we are not really FEELING GRATEFUL.

The Truth is always clear and always simple.  The truth of giving and receiving is the highest form of loving, for BOTH are demonstrating LOVE; Love of ANOTHER and Love of SELF.
