Spirit Minded

We all create our reality with our thoughts and feelings....literally from the Inside---out! Our feelings and thoughts manifest into what we call our "reality," in other words, our "life situations/experiences," or whatever you wish to call them. Sounds like a big responsibility, but whether you wish to realize this, or ignore it, it IS a choice, as is everything. If we relax into the knowing that we are responsible for our life, then we have the power to change it. Blame to others and to situations that cause problems only leaves us feeling powerless, and actually renders us powerless (as you cannot give away anything that you do not "own"). For, as said in the movie, "The Secret," by Rhonda Bryne, "Whether you think you can't or can...either way you are right."

By taking the initial step of consideration that our thoughts and feelings do indeed create our reality, you have begun to start the experience of a wonderful, joyful, abundant and happy life...that is, once you get the true "feeling" of understanding.

Our thoughts are unlimited, and hence, so are we. We are true reflections of God, which is Love...the Source of Everything, and the only "Real" and true Energy in the Universe....Life, Love, Truth, Abundance, Peace....all these things are God, and we are That. We, therefore, have that "creative" power to create our reality, and we do that simply, effortlessly, and oftentimes, without realization that we are creating our reality, literally all the time! We will create reactively and unconsciously, that is, until we don't; until we are conscious of that truth.

And this concept and realization is my reason for starting this blog. To inform, give to our community, to all of you, to uplift the planet's consciousness, to create a better Now....which is actually giving to myself, as we are all connected...truly there is only One Supreme Being sitting here, and our reality consists of that glorious Being manifested into individual units of Loving Energy, called "Souls," "Life Forms," etc.

We are all on this journey together, to discover this wonderful realization and then to manifest the most glorious experience of Life possible!

This, I know for sure.

Connecting to Source, realizations will occur....we can all do this, and we do...the only question is are we doing this consciously or unconsciously? The more awareness we place on what we feel and think, the more we will be able to create Consciously, rather than unconsciously, or reactively.

SPIRIT

The Spirit/Observer, who we Really Are, just watches, patiently waiting for the mind and body to have their way, until they are ready to have a ‘higher experience.” (Spiritual Experience equaling JOY, LOVE, etc.)

The Spirit will always allow the mind and body to have their way because IT (GOD) knows that mind and body is just temporary, and that only Spirit lives forever. So, we may go about our lives, eating the wrong foods, not exercising, having our addictions, and all the while the Spirit waits; patiently and Lovingly waiting for us to ‘return Home.” This could be in the form of passing on, or just plain ‘waking up,’ and experiencing the Grandest and Greatest Version of ourselves, in our physical structure…..Christed.

And in the end, we all go back to from where we came….Home/God/Love.

EGO

We always think about psychology when we think of the Ego. But the Ego is more than a term…it is the “false” perception of who we THINK we are. It is the “I” in the sense of thinking we are separate from everyone else. It is the reason for all the suffering in the world, and the suffering we oftentimes experience within ourselves, for it is stating an untrue theory about who we are; namely, that we are not connected to anyone or anything. This is a lie; a preconceived notion, based on our ‘domestication’ within a society, and our perception, which is based purely on our 5 senses.

It is quite alright to view the world in this way at certain times, for it is when we view the world with only our 5 senses that we get a ‘personal’ experience, such as falling in Love with one special person, accomplishing a goal, having a wonderful dinner, etc. But it is when we make decisions, excluding everyone else, regarding decisions that really do have an effect on everyone else, that we suffer. It is when we lie, manipulate or do something that we know is really not the ‘best’ for us. For it is then that we cause pain for ourselves and others. And, on some level, since we are all connected, we do eventually suffer someway. It may be in the form of a guilty conscience (if we are somewhat aware!) or worse so, when “bad” things happen to us, and we “just can’t figure out how it happened!” (completely ‘unaware!)

All this is because we are in our “Ego State,” forgetting who we Really Are, which is a Spirit having a Human Experience. Now the big thing about this is that you probably now think, “I cannot make my life revolve around everyone else’s needs…,” and you are correct. That is not what is being stressed here. It is doing what is necessary for the grander good, meaning doing what is best for YOU. Seems like a complete contradiction, but if you look at this a bit more deeply, you will find that what is good for all, IS what is good for you! And in so doing what is good for you, you are doing what is good for all….(remember, we are all connected…that is what Jesus meant when he stated, “what you do to my brethren, you do to me.” …

….the whole point is to ask yourself just one question….”what would Love do now?” If you think this is about loving someone else, it is not…it is about Loving YOU. By loving yourself and doing the most loving thing for you, IF you are choosing the HIGHEST decision, is always beneficial to all those around you. For example, if you take good care of yourself, keeping yourself happy, you will be there to help others. You will ‘literally’ spread joy wherever you go. Doing things for others then, is never a chore when you are feeling good and feeling happy. Nothing is a problem. When you understand that all there is to share is Love, and the more we share that love, and act FROM LOVE, the more we have to give, you will experience Heaven on Earth.

Now, what to do with those ‘individuals’ who do not appreciate or return the Love to you….? Well, Jesus did not heal the whole world, remember? Why? Because they didn’t ask! Not all are ‘awakened’ to who they Really Are (Spirits having a human experience). They are still caught up in their Ego. Jesus only helped those who were ready…who asked for assistance or help. Remember, a “Master” knows never to intrude. It does not mean you abandon someone, especially if you feel you are in a situation that you cannot leave…such as a spouse, parent, child, etc. However, when someone does not return Love, or tries to take without giving back (in other words, they are caught up in their Ego, thinking they are separate from you) , would you wish this experience for someone you Love? No, you would not…so do not wish it for yourself by staying with an experience that does not bring you true Love and Joy…not ever. It will not help that person evolve, nor will it help you aspire to the greatest and grandest version and vision of who you Really Are. This is when you must be in the world but not OF IT. Go about your life, live your vision of what you wish to experience, and LET THEM BE. Do NOT INTRUDE. You do not have to comply or continue to be used or victimized. Just BE….be anything you wish, and do not allow others to INTRUDE on you. This may mean distancing yourself, but that may be the most loving thing you can do for yourself, and it will give that Soul a chance to evolve, i.e. to be accountable and responsible for THEIR decisions.

It is not as difficult as it sounds. Any time you have a decision, just ask yourself, “what would I tell my child to do if they were in this exact situation?” The right answer will always come, even if you do not have children, nor ever have. Why? Because your Soul, which is Spirit, knows all, and knows the correct answer, and since your Spirit is Love, it will always give you the Highest Truth about who you are and what you should do, based on LOVE. The answer is once again, to Love yourself, and since you would not wish your child (whom you Love) to experience being taken advantage of, victimized, or suffering in any form, you would always choose the most loving decision. Then, and this is the hard part for many, FORCE yourself to do this for YOU. That’s right, whatever you would tell your child, do this for YOU. Remember, you must place yourself in the same group of people you Love. For you Love your child UNCONDITIONALLY, and to Love yourself the same way, would always lead you to the most beneficial decision for you, and for all.

Remember, the truth may not be liked, but will always be accepted. Doing the most loving thing for you, will always benefit all. The big question of the day is “what is the most loving thing/decision for me?” That depends on your evolutionary process.

But remember…It is always the Highest most grandest, greatest version and vision you have of yourself..nothing less.

Always, in all ways. And THAT decision will never hurt anyone…including yourself!

Not Ever! Once again…

Love is reflected in Love.

LOVE

Love is the highest vibrational frequency of all. In the law of Quantum Physics, everything vibrates at a certain frequency….emotions are included, which is Energy In Motion. That is why, when you walk into a room, you can literally “feel” Love, or Fear, or something in between. Whatever vibrational frequency you are in, you will meet other people, situations and experiences that also vibrate at that frequency. And that is why it is so important to be in a ‘vibration’ of Gratitude. The vibration of gratitude uplifts one to the vibration of Joy, and then into the vibration of Love. Therefore, with Love being the highest vibrational frequency of all, it is the vibration of “God.” The quotation, ‘all things are possible through God,’ therefore translates to, ‘all things are possible through Love.” All things are possible through Gratitude and Love. Staying in the vibrational frequency of Gratitude, Joy, and Love, will place you in that frequency, where all things of the same frequency will come to you; experiences that bring you more to be grateful for; experiences that bring you Joy; experiences that bring you Love…it is the Law.

And Love is reflected in Love…

*JOY

Be in Joy now and everything will change.

Many realize that they have been living their entire life backwards. If things are good in their life, they are temporarily happy. If things are difficult in life and everything going wrong, they are stressed and miserable. In ignorance, many had been misusing the law of attraction all of their life. But all of that changes when one has the knowledge of the laws of the universe.

To live in accordance with the most powerful law in the Universe, which is basically the “law of attraction,” we must be in Joy first – and then everything will change. To live our lives by emotionally reacting to what is happening outside of us is misusing the law! As we react with negative emotion to any difficulties, we attract more negativity into our lives. We cannot defy the law of attraction, which operates on the most microscopic levels of vibration, and with absolute exactitude.

You must be in Joy first. And then your life will change into Joy.

Difficult times are the greatest opportunities in disguise. When we face difficult times we have to put in determined work to get ourselves into Joy. But let me tell you, when you can get yourself into Joy despite what is happening around you, your life must change – it’s the law!

In addition, as you become Joy in difficult times you are becoming the master of your emotions, the master of your life, and the master of the law of attraction. Difficult times are your greatest opportunity to practice yourself into Joy.

Of course if your life is going along happily then it is very easy to be in Joy. During those times your Joy is most likely a reaction to the good times. But the magnificence and the power that you really have within you will be seen when you can be in Joy during difficult times. It is then that you will see the true power that you have within you, because as you hold to Joy, you will shift all the energies of the Universe, and your life and your world will change.

The cause of everything is within you, and the effect is what you experience in your life. You have the power within you to change everything by putting yourself in Joy. You can change everything so easily by becoming Joy first! And nothing can change until you get yourself in Joy, because that is the law of attraction. Like attracts like! The energy of Joy attracts energy of Joy!

Do whatever it takes to find your Joy, and then keep yourself in it no matter what. Keep up your level of Joy every day. There is no limit to the levels of Joy you can reach. You will see change to the degree of Joy that you can attain and maintain. The higher the Joy you can create within you, the more spectacular the change, and the higher the Joy, the faster the change. Once you get yourself in Joy it is easy to maintain it, because your radiating of Joy attracts more Joy. The law of attraction will continually send you more feelings and experiences of Joy.

You cannot criticize or blame or complain when you are in Joy. You cannot be afraid when you are in Joy. You cannot speak negatively when you are in Joy. You cannot harm another when you are in Joy. Negativity cannot reach you when you are in Joy.
When you are in Joy you are compassionate. When you are in Joy you are considerate and caring. When you are in Joy you love others. When you are in Joy you appreciate everything. When you are in Joy you are in love with the world, and the Universe is in love with you. When you are in Joy, you are Grateful.

Be in Joy. Seek it with all of your heart, and you will find it.
