WELCOME!

We all create our reality with our thoughts and feelings....literally from the Inside---out! Our feelings and thoughts manifest into what we call our "reality," in other words, our "life situations/experiences," or whatever you wish to call them. Sounds like a big responsibility, but whether you wish to realize this, or ignore it, it IS a choice, as is everything. If we relax into the knowing that we are responsible for our life, then we have the power to change it. Blame to others and to situations that cause problems only leaves us feeling powerless, and actually renders us powerless (as you cannot give away anything that you do not "own"). For, as said in the movie, "The Secret," by Rhonda Bryne, "Whether you think you can't or can...either way you are right."

By taking the initial step of consideration that our thoughts and feelings do indeed create our reality, you have begun to start the experience of a wonderful, joyful, abundant and happy life...that is, once you get the true "feeling" of understanding.

Our thoughts are unlimited, and hence, so are we. We are true reflections of God, which is Love...the Source of Everything, and the only "Real" and true Energy in the Universe....Life, Love, Truth, Abundance, Peace....all these things are God, and we are That. We, therefore, have that "creative" power to create our reality, and we do that simply, effortlessly, and oftentimes, without realization that we are creating our reality, literally all the time! We will create reactively and unconsciously, that is, until we don't; until we are conscious of that truth.

And this concept and realization is my reason for starting this blog. To inform, give to our community, to all of you, to uplift the planet's consciousness, to create a better Now....which is actually giving to myself, as we are all connected...truly there is only One Supreme Being sitting here, and our reality consists of that glorious Being manifested into individual units of Loving Energy, called "Souls," "Life Forms," etc.

We are all on this journey together, to discover this wonderful realization and then to manifest the most glorious experience of Life possible!

This, I know for sure.

Connecting to Source, realizations will occur....we can all do this, and we do...the only question is are we doing this consciously or unconsciously? The more awareness we place on what we feel and think, the more we will be able to create Consciously, rather than unconsciously, or reactively.

Join me to view some realizations that have literally occurred from "The Inside---Out!"

Many Blessings!

So many times we repeat our thoughts, and then our deeds, which lead to experiencing the same results, over and over again. Einstein said it best: “The definition of Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result.” Many have heard that statement, but what does it really imply?

It implies “Repetition” at it’s worst. Repetition like everything else, is neither good or bad…it’s how we use it.

We can excel at anything through constant repetition, such as playing a musical instrument, learning a language, etc. But when does it become an experience of feeling insane? When does it start feeling chaotic, confusing, and meaningless?
Repeating the same reaction to a stimuli will cause the same response. We see this in how some reprimand their children, their pets, handle their anger or stress situations. They often do not like the results, but keep repeating their behavior, none the less, and then, once again, experiencing the same end result again, and again, and again. This usually becomes a downhill spiral, until it does not; meaning until an awareness is reached, hence a change is finally noted.

Humans are oftentimes creatures of habit. This does not mean that they like habits, but rather they get into a pattern easily. This works when we are in school, study habits we create to help us excel, etc. But when we continuously do/react to a problem situation using the same tools, or not using any tools, the results are usually the same. That is unless, something else creeps in that changes it enough to render a different outcome. That “something else,” is usually when we say to ourselves, “I have had enough!” That “statement of BEING” literally forces us to make a new decision, and hence a new choice.

This often is quite done ‘unconsciously,’ meaning that we are not aware of what we have just decided, which results in stopping the ‘repetition.’

We may finally start behaving differently to that person, place, or thing that is causing this duress, and suddenly we literally find ourselves in a completely different frame of mind, and ultimately, a different situation.

Thus, the repetition finally comes to an end, and with it a different result that we can then evaluate for efficiency, and problem solving.

Repetition is an important ingredient in our own personal and collective evolution. Repetition brings us clarity until we are ready for a change. We do something over and over again to prove to ourselves that this outcome is assured. It is therefore perfectly OK to continue to do something again and again, even though it may not be working, to display to ourselves what does not work. It is just a matter of how many times you need to go through with this experience/experiment, before you try something else, (hence, before you have declared, ‘you have finally had enough!)

Some feel the need to continue their pattern because they are not aware of a different way to do whatever they are doing/repeating to get whatever result they are seeking. Much of this is due to conditioning from birth, social class, education, ethnicity, life experience, past data of painful experiences, etc. The list goes on and on as to how we think and feel our way through our lifetime.

The whole point is that repetition is necessary and also something that, once we become aware, we will stop in order to expand and grow.

Evolution could not exist without repetition, and yet, there could be no evolution if repetition continues (that is, without change; hence another divine dicotomy). One leads to the other, and yet one cannot exist if the other does continue it’s path.

Therefore, it may help us to consider that when we repeat something over and over again, it may serve to do three things: first of all, watch how many times this situation is occurring; secondly how much there is enjoyment in the outcome, (it is hurting you or someone else to continue this particular path?), and lastly, how does it serve oneself?

If you can honestly take some time to ask and answer these questions, you will automatically change/stop any repetition that is causing a problem in your life…..it all is dependent on your answers. For, with all respect to everyone’s opinion of why we are here and where we are going, our “outcome” is always assured. We are always safe, and there is only advancement. The choice/free will, is how long one wishes to take….how much repetition we allow and for how long.

We all go back to from whence we came; we all are going home….what path we choose, how easy or hard, how long we take, is always a choice, and (as usual)…..up to us.

Blessings!

Violence….an act against Self…to be violent is to forget that you are everywhere, in every form, and truly what you do to another, you do to yourself.

Maybe that is ok with you? Maybe you wish to hurt yourself or someone else…what then?

We all have had times when we wanted to ‘get someone back’ for what they did to us, or what they did to another.

We all have had times when we wished the worst for someone, rather than wishing them well.

We all have had times when we were upset with ourselves, and hated who we were being.

These times we were asleep, and there is no right or wrong to that statement, for when we are sleeping, we know not what we are doing. The same thing goes for those who like to see someone punished or to see someone suffer in the name of ‘being right,’ or just for the sake of seeing that person in pain.

Another form of ‘passive violence,’ is with our thoughts….as when we are not happy for someones’ good fortune or achievements.

There are names for these types of disorders, but all that is an illusion, for we are Pure Love, and some just have temporarily forgotten.

The truth is there is only Love; all else not real. In our reality, everything has already been done. What we feel, we will then be drawn to that dimension, that ‘frequency’ taking us to an experience that matches our feelings. So many outcomes for each feeling we have….

So be mindful, not careful, but mindful….for what you feel, what makes you feel a certain way, will bring that experience eventually to you. (Some have called this ‘instant karma;’ however this is really just the fact that we are all the same energy, so what you do to another, you just are doing to yourself and with our ‘time delay’ in this reality, it appears as if it just takes a bit of time to finally affect you, but it eventually will…that is the Law).

Violence therefore, breeds more violence. Envy, more to envy. Hatred, more reasons to hate. And feelings of violence or fear of it? Well, the experience of violence eventually will find you.

The same with Love.

That is Law….Universal Law. As a Great Master once stated, ‘…what you do to my brethren, you do to me….’

Right and wrong are subjective…there truly is no right or wrong, but what we make it out to be.

Therefore, if you are experiencing violence in any way, whether receiving or giving, change your frequency to love yourself, and all others. The ‘shadow’ in your life is to give you a chance to see your own light.

Remember, in order to experience yourself as being forgiving, you need someone to forgive.

All are Blessed Souls. See no one as ‘villian,’ and see no one as ‘victim’…..this includes youself!

Violence then becomes not only an illusion, but unnecessary to experience ever again, for when
Loving yourself, you will then experience yourself as Love.

For Love needs nothing else; it is without need and is of itself enough.

Love Reflects Love, and that dispels all illusions, including violence.

How to start? Once again, with anything you can think of to feel and live in a Being state of Gratitude.

Blessed Be.
