WELCOME!

We all create our reality with our thoughts and feelings....literally from the Inside---out! Our feelings and thoughts manifest into what we call our "reality," in other words, our "life situations/experiences," or whatever you wish to call them. Sounds like a big responsibility, but whether you wish to realize this, or ignore it, it IS a choice, as is everything. If we relax into the knowing that we are responsible for our life, then we have the power to change it. Blame to others and to situations that cause problems only leaves us feeling powerless, and actually renders us powerless (as you cannot give away anything that you do not "own"). For, as said in the movie, "The Secret," by Rhonda Bryne, "Whether you think you can't or can...either way you are right."

By taking the initial step of consideration that our thoughts and feelings do indeed create our reality, you have begun to start the experience of a wonderful, joyful, abundant and happy life...that is, once you get the true "feeling" of understanding.

Our thoughts are unlimited, and hence, so are we. We are true reflections of God, which is Love...the Source of Everything, and the only "Real" and true Energy in the Universe....Life, Love, Truth, Abundance, Peace....all these things are God, and we are That. We, therefore, have that "creative" power to create our reality, and we do that simply, effortlessly, and oftentimes, without realization that we are creating our reality, literally all the time! We will create reactively and unconsciously, that is, until we don't; until we are conscious of that truth.

And this concept and realization is my reason for starting this blog. To inform, give to our community, to all of you, to uplift the planet's consciousness, to create a better Now....which is actually giving to myself, as we are all connected...truly there is only One Supreme Being sitting here, and our reality consists of that glorious Being manifested into individual units of Loving Energy, called "Souls," "Life Forms," etc.

We are all on this journey together, to discover this wonderful realization and then to manifest the most glorious experience of Life possible!

This, I know for sure.

Connecting to Source, realizations will occur....we can all do this, and we do...the only question is are we doing this consciously or unconsciously? The more awareness we place on what we feel and think, the more we will be able to create Consciously, rather than unconsciously, or reactively.

Join me to view some realizations that have literally occurred from "The Inside---Out!"

Many Blessings!

I have recently experienced the transition/death experience with my dear husband Frank this past January 23, 2013. Aside from the emotional aspect of it, it was an experience that has enhanced me as a Soul on their journey.

My darling passed after living with Leukemia for the last 13 years. He was diagnosed during our dating in 2000. Thankfully, he was well until last year, and with his passing now, I have realized how grateful I am for the moments I had with him.

The ‘death’ experience, as we call it, is not death at all. The consciousness expands to the point that others in different dimensions are then seen by the one whom is transitioning. During this process, which Frank had called it himself when symptoms of ‘death’ first began, he saw his father, and then later on within a few hours before his passing, told me he saw 6 people standing in the room with us. I asked if he knew them, and he replied, “nope,” with a touch of curiosity and a bit of anxiety, as it was so new to him, (and probably, because I could not observe what he was seeing).

He spoke constantly during the last stages, even while he was free of all drugs for those last 8 hours. He talked in conversations that he had throughout his life, and in all stages of his life. He would then come back to full consciousness as soon as I called his name or asked him a question, apologizing for his somewhat temporary conversations with others in what seemed a different dimension.

When the pain got severe, after almost 7 hours of drug free processing/transition, he asked me if it was ok to get some morphine to ease his pain, and again, told me he was sorry but could not go through anymore suffering. I immediately told him I was perfectly fine with his decision, and he gently passed while I held him in my arms.

I do my best to ‘feel’ him around me….I miss him so much. I have meditated and have experienced his presence. I have also heard messages from him, (during meditation/prayer in my ‘minds eye…’ to which I was ‘told’ that he does not miss me, as I am with him, and that what we do not realize is that when one passes, all Souls that are loved, (whether still ‘alive’ or passed on) are with the departed ones; he also mentioned that what we also do not realize is that our Souls are so BIG, that as we transition, our consciousness expands. He told me to “LIVE, LIVE, LIVE,” and that when I grieve and cry, he feels it, and cannot/will not leave, until I am ok.

I am comforted in knowing that he is still living; just not as we know it.

I am doing my best to be happy, so that I can live, as he asked of me, and that he can also then live as he wishes, too.

May this article serve all those whom are grieving, and for those to appreciate all those we love, whom are still, thankfully, here in this dimension with us.

Blessings!

St. Valentines Day….a day that we as ‘humans’ have created to celebrate LOVE! Many are disillusioned with this day because they feel it is just another way for the card, candy, and florists to take advantage. But what about the fact that cards, candy, and flowers help us to feel GOOD? Isn’t it perfectly ok for a business to flourish, and in doing so,  helping others to feel happy?

I realize that some people buy all these things out of obligation, and that is NOT LOVE. There are relationships that are put to the test, challenged, or worst yet, completely broken over one of the partners not being ROMANTIC on this day. Ignoring a loved one, on a day dedicated to LOVE for the most part, feels hurtful. Those that say ‘it’s just another day,’ most likely feel that about other holidays as well, but especially about this one….why? Usually it is because the Magic/Love has not been felt in that particular relationship on all the other days of the year…so why should this one be any different, is their logic?

It feels hypocritical to celebrate a day that one is to honor Love and that special person, when the feelings are just not there, or there IS LOVE, but its been covered by fear, doubt, criticism, or anger.

Love is Love; true Love is unconditional and always there. And it is true, it is patience and kindness.
But how to get to that place again?

Let it be said that those that do not wish to honor this holiday, need healing LOVE most of all. If someone does not feel like this day is special, it is only because they are not feeling very Loving, and giving Love is the answer. To love someone whom seems to be unlovable is what Love really is, because we are THAT. We are Love, and Loving someone brings that manifestation to their reality.
It is “Namaste…” …(honoring the divinity that is in you, that is also in me…’)

And what happens when you give Love? It is returned to you (if not by that person, then another, or just helping someone feel special is often enough for someone who truly loves to be enhanced someway by that giving of Love).

This day IS just like any other day….what we wish to BE IN RELATION to it, is once again, always
our choice.

Blessings for a most Loving Day!
